No, you do not. Our pricing is based on the number of unique contacts in your account, not the number of lists a single contact is subscribed to. For example, if you had a single contact subscribed to 10 lists, you would be charged only for that contact.
Phone-only duplicates
You may encounter duplicate contacts when using phone-only forms. This can happen if phone numbers are entered in different formats or if a phone number matches a contact that already has an email address. To mitigate this, it is best practice to use consistent phone number formatting. Only exact matches are recognized as the same contact.
If duplicate contacts happen, we recommend merging contacts to consolidate them.
