Batchbook is a customer relationship management (CRM) system that helps small businesses build customer relationships. With the Automatic Importer, you can sync contact information in ActiveCampaign when created or updated in Batchbook.
To get started with this integration, you'll need an ActiveCampaign account and a Batchbook account.
- From your ActiveCampaign account, click "Apps" on the lower left menu.

- Locate Batchbook and click it to open it.
- Under "Connect with Batchbook," click "Set this up." We will redirect you to the Import page. If you would like, you can skip steps 1-2 above and go directly to the Import page. You can get there by going to Contacts and clicking the "Import" button.
- Enter your Batchbook Account URL and API key. Click "Next."
- Click the lists to which you want to add contacts, then click "Next."
- Select your import preference (required), then select a company filter from the filter dropdown (optional). Click "Next."
The automatic import for Batchbook is now set up.
