Batchbook integration

Batchbook is a customer relationship management (CRM) system that helps small businesses build relationships with their customers.

There are two ways to integrate Batchbook with ActiveCampaign:

  • Automatic Importer
This option will add/update contacts in ActiveCampaign when they are added/updated in Batchbook. This integration is configured from within your ActiveCampaign account and is available for all plan levels.
  • Zapier
This option will add a new contact in Batchbook when they are added in ActiveCampaign.

Automatic Importer

To get started with this integration, you’ll need an ActiveCampaign account and a Batchbook account.

1. Click on the "Apps" icon in the left navigation menu.

2. Locate Batchbook from the available apps and click on it to select it.

3. Under “Connect with Batchbook,” click “Set this up” next to “When a contact is added or updated in Batchbook add or update them in ActiveCampaign” to be redirected to the import page:

Alternatively, you can skip steps 1-3 above and go directly to the import page. You can get there by going to Contacts > Import

4. Enter your Batchbook Account URL and API key. Click “Next.”

5. Select the list(s) you want to add contacts to by clicking it (optional). Click “Next.”
