How to organize your automations in ActiveCampaign

You can organize your Automations overview page by filtering automations by status, Business Goal, label, trigger, or action. You can also sort this page by automations that were last edited, alphabetical order, and more. Doing so makes it easy to quickly locate automations.

How to filter automations

  1. Click Automations on the left menu.
  2. From the Automations overview page, the "Filter" button.
  3. In the "Filter by" menu, click the status or click the dropdowns and choose the Business Goal, Label, Trigger, or Action you would like to filter automations by. 
  4. Click "Apply." The Automations overview page will show all automations based on your "Filter by" selections.

Automation statuses explained

Automations can be filtered by the following statuses:

  • All
    Will include both Active and Inactive automations. This filter option is set by default.
  • Active
    Will include automations that are currently "On." Contacts can be added to these automations each time they meet the conditions to do so. In addition, the green dot for each automation listed on the Automations overview page indicates an "Active" status.
  • Inactive
    Will include automations that are currently "Off." Contacts cannot be added to these automations. In addition, the red dot for each automation listed on the Automations overview page indicates an "Inactive" status.
  • Deactivated
    Will include automations that have been deactivated due to an account downgrade. Learn more about automations and account downgrades.

How to reorder automations

You can reorder automations by the following:

  • Alphabetical A-Z
  • Alphabetical Z-A
  • Last Edited
  • Current Contacts
  • Total Entries
  • Total Completions
  • Completion Rate
  • Email Sends
  • Average Open Rate
  • Average Click Rate
  • Total Conversions
  • Conversion Rate

 

To reorder automations, follow these steps:

  1. Click Automations on the left menu.
  2. From the Automations overview page, click the column name to reorder your automations by that column. 
  3. To add or delete columns, click the gear Icon, then check or uncheck the column name you want to display.
