What is KYC, and how do I benefit from it?
KYC (Know Your Customer) involves collecting essential details such as name, address, and date of birth for individuals and company specifics like name, registered address, and business verification documents for businesses. These data points serve as critical identifiers to validate the authenticity of users and organizations participating in A2P communications.
Carriers and regulators have aimed to establish a more trusted and secure messaging and voice ecosystem, helping to protect consumers from spam, fraud, and malicious actors. By ensuring that users and businesses are properly identified and verified, you can help foster a safer and more reliable environment for communication.
