As an ActiveCampaign HQ (ACHQ) customer, you can see how well your pushdown campaigns and automations for all subaccounts are performing at a glance. Having a centralized reporting page improves the efficiency of your processes and better helps you make informed decisions. It also means you don’t need to log into every subaccount to view and compare campaign metrics.
In this article, we’ll show you how to access the ACHQ Pushdown Campaign report, access enhanced statistics, and provide an overview of the report metrics.
Take note
- The ACHQ Pushdown Campaign report provides metrics for one-time, direct campaigns and automation campaigns sent to at least one contact
- This report does not include metrics for campaigns sent directly from a subaccount(s)
- All email opens from Apple Mail clients will be reflected in these metrics. This includes contacts who use the Apple Mail app with iOS 15 with Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) enabled on their device. To learn more about MPP, visit ActiveCampaign and Apple iOS 15 Mail Privacy Protection
