ActiveCampaign’s Label Manager is a centralized page where you can manage all labels throughout your ActiveCampaign account.
You can use the Label Manager to see which labels already exist, as well as create, edit, and delete labels from your account. Additionally, you can apply, remove, create, and delete labels from the overview pages of automations, campaigns, and forms.
The label manager is also where you can turn an existing label into a business goal. Learn more about business goals.
In this article, you will tour the Label Manager and learn how to use it to create, edit, and delete labels.
Take note
- Once you create a label in the Label Manager, you can apply that label to any form, automation, or campaign in your account
- Once you edit or delete a label from the Label Manager, that change is reflected throughout your account
- Once a label is upgraded to a business goal, it cannot be downgraded. If you accidentally convert a label into a business goal, you must create a new label to maintain your original label structure
Access and view the Label Manager
To locate the Label Manager, click “Settings” (gear icon), then click Labels on the side menu.
If you created labels in the past, they will be listed on the Labels Manager page. If you haven’t created any new labels, you will see information about labels and a button to create one. To learn how to create a label, see the “Create a label” section below.
In addition to the label names, the Manager includes label colors and the number of times that label has been applied to a campaign, automation, or form. Clicking any of these numbers provides direct links to the campaigns, automations, forms, and landing pages that use that label.
