Labels are keywords that you can create and apply to your automations to keep them organized. You may want to use labels if you have several automations in your account, and would like to filter them by label. This makes it easy for you to find information quickly. While similar to folders, labels offer more flexibility as you can assign more than one label to an automation.
Note: The Automations, Forms, and Campaigns (Marketing plans only) overview pages share the same labels. Any labels created on the Automations overview page will also be reflected on the Forms and Campaigns overview pages.
How to create a new label for a single automation
In order to create a new label, you must first select an automation to add the new label to.
It is not possible to create a new label without selecting an automation.
- From the Automations overview page, hover over the automation you wish to add a label to.

Click the "Add label" link.

Click the "Create New Label" button.

Type the new label into the Name field and click a color tile. Then click "Create."
The new label is now added to your automation:

How to create a new label for multiple automations
In order to create a new label, you must first select an automation(s) to add the new label to.
It is not possible to create a new label without selecting at least one automation.
- From the Automations overview page, check the box next to the automation(s) that should receive a new label.

Click the "Add Label" dropdown.

Click the "Create New Label" button.

Type the new label into the Name field and select a color by clicking one of the color tiles. Then click "Create."
The new label is applied to the automation you selected and is now included in the label dropdown:
