ActiveCampaign’s Calendly integration lets you create campaigns with Calendly meeting information using the AI campaign builder.

Use the Calendly AI Campaign Builder with direct campaigns

  1. From your ActiveCampaign account, click Campaigns on the left menu.
  2. Type one of the keywords (below) into the prompt generator, then click the “Generate campaign” button.
  3. A new window will open. The left side of the window lets you select a layout, add feedback to messaging, make quick edits, and view a carousel of synced meeting events. The right side shows a preview of the campaign along with the synced Calendly meeting information, including meeting dates and times. Your customers can click on a time slot in the email to book a meeting with you.
    • To remove the meeting block: Click the block in the design, then click the “Remove meeting” button that appears in a modal
    • To re-add the meeting block: Click the events you want to include in your email located on the left, then click the “Regenerate” button

        It is not possible to change meeting event details displayed in your campaign. These details are pulled from your Calendly account.

  4. To make changes to the email design, click “Edit in campaign designer.”
  5. The campaign designer will open, and you can make further updates to your messaging.

      Meeting details are from the most recent data from Calendly at the time you generated the block.

  6. If you’re not ready to send your campaign, click “Save and exit.” You can also click “Next” to go to the Campaign Summary page, where you can send or schedule your campaign.

Use the Calendly AI Campaign Builder with automated campaigns

  1. From your ActiveCampaign account, click Automations on the left menu.
  2. Edit or create a new automation.
  3. Click a node (+) in the automation builder. The automation action menu will open on the right side of the screen.
  4. Click “Sending,” then click “Send an email.”
  5. Click “Create a new email.”
  6. Enter a keyword (below) into the AI prompt block, then click the “Generate with AI” button.
  7. The email will generate and contain Calendly meeting event details.

      Event details displayed are the most recently connected meeting event synced into ActiveCampaign. It is not possible to choose which meeting event to include. This information is pulled from your Calendly account.

  8. On the next screen, you can update your email name, provide a subject line and preheader, and edit the “From” and “Reply to” information. To edit the email design, click the design block, then click “Edit Design.”
  9. The campaign designer will open, and you can make further updates to your messaging.
  10. If you’re not ready to send your campaign, click “Save and exit.” You can also click “Next” to go to the Campaign Summary page, where you can send or schedule your campaign.
