Autonomous Insights appear as insight cards within ActiveCampaign. These cards highlight important information about your campaigns and automations to help you make better marketing decisions.

Where you'll see Autonomous Insights
Autonomous Insights will appear as insight cards in three locations:
- Active Intelligence homepage - View a collection of your insight cards across the platform
- Campaign Overview page - See cards relevant to your campaign performance
- Automation Overview page - See cards relevant to your automation email performance
The cards you see are personalized based on your recent account activity. Active Intelligence evaluates your data each week and updates the cards to show the most relevant insights.
Benefits of Autonomous Insights
- Campaign engagement analysis - See how your campaigns perform compared to industry benchmarks. Identify trends in open rates, click rates, and how your audience responds to your content.
- Content improvement recommendations - Get specific guidance on improving your subject lines, preheaders, email content, and personalization. These recommendations are based on industry best practices and what works well in your account.
- Campaign optimization recommendations - Receive suggestions for the best send times, email frequency, and ways to segment your audience for better results.
How Autonomous Insights work
Autonomous Insights refresh weekly. When cards change, it means Active Intelligence found different insights that are more relevant to your current data.
Click the "View insight" button on the card to launch Active Intelligence and see:
- A detailed analysis of the insight
- Suggested next steps you can take
