To help keep your ActiveCampaign account secure, we send email notifications to primary admins whenever we detect an unusual login for your account.

How it works

When a user logs into your account from a new or unrecognized location, the primary admin will receive an email alert to the email address associated with the account. This gives primary admins real-time visibility into any potential unauthorized access to your account. 

What to do if you don’t recognize the login

In the event that you do not recognize the account login, follow the steps below to help keep your account secure:

  1. Reset the password for the user.
  2. Enable multi-factor authentication for your account.
