New: Active Intelligence Support Experience

We are excited to announce an enhanced support experience now available in ActiveCampaign. The Support Agent is now a fully integrated member of your team, available directly through the Active Intelligence prompt input bar for a more personalized and seamless support experience.

 

Key Features

  • Access support directly through the Active Intelligence prompt input bar or by clicking the "Chat with Us" button in the top navigation on any page outside of the homepage.
  • Active Intelligence surfaces relevant help articles to guide you through completing tasks manually.
  • Need to talk to someone? Active Intelligence will collect the details and open a chat window so you can connect with a CX representative.

Upgrade and/or Setup Instructions

The "Chat with Us" button flow has been adjusted to open the Active Intelligence workspace. Since ACAI is at the forefront of the homepage, the "Chat with Us" button won't be available.  To reach support, simply use the Active Intelligence prompt input bar. No additional setup is required.
