Get Help through chat
Live chat with our team (English only).
If you're a paying customer accessing chat through your account, our live chat is available:
- Monday - Friday from 3 am - 11 pm, American Central Time (CT)
- Sunday from 6 pm - 11 pm, American Central Time (CT)
If you're not logged in to your account, chat availability may differ.

Chat when you are logged in
When you are logged in to your ActiveCampaign account, the main way to get help is by chatting with Active Intelligence. You can:
- Access chat options with the Customer Experience Team or create a support request when available for your account
- Get links to relevant help articles
- Ask questions about how to use ActiveCampaign
You can reach these options from the Active Intelligence homepage or sidebar:
- Access the Active Intelligence homepage by logging in (it will be the first page) or by clicking the ActiveCampaign logo in the top menu if already logged in. To open the Active Intelligence sidebar, click the Active Intelligence icon from any page except the homepage.
- In the prompt field, type your question or describe what you are trying to do.
- Review the suggestions. When available for your account, select options to connect with the Customer Experience Team or submit a request if your question needs help from our team.

A new window will open if you are connected to the Customer Experience team.
If you refresh your page while in the Customer Experience chat window, the window will close. You can reopen the window by going to your chat history.
Active Intelligence Sidebar only
If you are on any feature page with the Active Intelligence sidebar, you can get help by starting a chat with Active Intelligence, like in the steps above, or open a chat with the following:
- Log in to your ActiveCampaign account.
- Access the Active Intelligence sidebar by clicking the Active Intelligence icon from any page except the homepage.

Click the Help bubble icon (Top right of your screen) > Chat with us.
- A chat widget will appear where you can get help with your inquiry.
Chat when you are not logged in
If you cannot log in or prefer not to, you can reach our Customer Experience Team via the ActiveCampaign contact page. Click the chat bubble at the bottom right of the page to start a chat.
Chat for Agency Partner (aka Reseller) accounts
If your account is managed by an Agency Partner (aka Reseller), you may not have access to the "Get Help" option or in-app chat below. Instead, we recommend contacting your Reseller for assistance with your account.
To access chat (if available for your account):
- Log in to your ActiveCampaign account.

Click the Help bubble icon (Top right of your screen) > Chat with us.
- A chat widget will appear where you can get help with your inquiry.

Get help through virtual assistant
ActiveCampaign’s virtual assistant allows you to make a phone call to ActiveCampaign AI support, learn how Active Intelligence fits into your strategy, receive marketing strategy support, and step-by-step guidance anytime you need it.
For faster service and to help verify and locate your account, it is best practice to have your ActiveCampaign Account ID ready. Learn how to find your ActiveCampaign Account ID.
There are two ways to reach your virtual assistant:

Via web browser:
- Go to the ActiveCampaign contact page.
- Click the phone icon under “Call your virtual assistant.”
- A window will open to begin your call.
- The virtual assistant will ask for your ActiveCampaign Account ID.

Via phone:
- Dial +1 (866)876-9691 on your phone to begin your call.
- The virtual assistant will ask for your ActiveCampaign Account ID.
Self-service options
The ActiveCampaign Help Center
All customers have access to our Help Center, which contains self-service articles in the following languages:
- English
- Portuguese
- Spanish
- French
- German
- Italian
This resource is excellent for feature walkthroughs, how-tos, quick answers, and troubleshooting.
Access self-service articles from your account
- Log in to your ActiveCampaign account.

Click the Help bubble icon (Top right of your screen) > Help Docs.
- A “Get Help” sidebar will open on the left. Type your inquiry into the search box, then choose a suggested article.
You can also directly visit the ActiveCampaign Help Center.
Join the ActiveCampaign community
Join our community, browse topics, and pose questions to other users.
English accounts:
- Log in to your ActiveCampaign account.

Click the Help bubble icon (Top right of your screen) > Community.
A new window or tab will open in your browser and bring you to the ActiveCampaign community.
Non-English accounts, visit our Community page.
Learn about feature releases
To explore your account's latest product updates and enhancements, view our Release Notes.
You can also access release notes from your account (English accounts only). To do so:
- Log in to your ActiveCampaign account.

Click the Help bubble icon (Top right of your screen) > What's New. A "Product updates" sidebar will open.
- Click any of the Product Updates articles for more information.
