If you have questions or experience issues using your ActiveCampaign account, you can access our self-service help articles, community, courses, and webinars. We can also assist you through email and chat.

In this article, you’ll learn how to contact our Customer Experience team and find the resources you need to help you with your account.

Contact our Customer Experience team

We have two Customer Help teams tailored to meet your needs based on where you are in your journey with us:

Potential and Trial Customers - Our Activation Team is ready to help. They'll guide you through everything ActiveCampaign offers, from understanding the basics to preparing your account for a seamless start.

Paying Customers - Our dedicated Customer Experience Team is on standby to assist; whether you're looking to deepen your ActiveCampaign knowledge, achieve specific goals, or troubleshoot any issues, they've got you covered.

Help channel coverage may vary during regional public holidays.

Contact Customer Experience through live chat

If your account is managed by an Agency Partner (aka Reseller), you may not have access to the "Get Help" option or in-app chat. Instead, we recommend contacting your Reseller for assistance with your account. 

If you have ActiveCampaign branding or in-app chat toggled off under Settings > Appearance settings in your account, you may not be able to access live chat.

Our live chat is available:

  • Monday - Friday from 3 am - 11 pm, American Central Time (CT)
  • Sunday from 6 pm - 11 pm, American Central Time (CT)

Access live chat

To access live chat:

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account
  2. Click the “Chat with us” option on the left menu:

  3. A chat widget will appear on the bottom right corner of your screen. Compete the fields provided, and one of our Customer Experience agents will help you as soon as they can. 

Submit a help ticket to our Customer Experience team

You can submit a help request at any time.

Our Help Portal is available in the following languages: 

  • English
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Italian

Send a help request from your ActiveCampaign account (all languages):

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. Click the “Chat with us” option on the left menu:

  3. A chat widget will appear on the bottom right corner of your screen. In the space provided, type “Create a ticket.”

Book a one-on-one strategy session call

Book a paid 60-minute strategy session with an expert and learn how to get the most out of ActiveCampaign. 

We support the following languages for your one-on-one strategy session:

English accounts:

    1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account
    2. Click the “Community” option on the left menu.

    3. A “Get Help” drawer will open on the left. Click the “Learn more” button in the “Need help getting started” section. This is located at the bottom of the drawer.
    4. A new tab or window will open. Use the calendar to select the best date and time for your session.
    5. Follow the prompts to complete your booking. 

Self-service options

The ActiveCampaign Help Center

All customers have access to our Help Center, which contains self-service articles in the following languages:

  • English
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Italian

This resource is excellent for feature walkthroughs, how-to’s, quick answers, and troubleshooting.

Access self-service articles from your account (English accounts)

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account
  2. Click the “Community” option on the left menu.

  3. A “Get Help” drawer will open on the left. Type your inquiry into the search box, or click “Community help,” then choose a suggested article or type your inquiry into the search box.

  2. Click the “Chat with us” option on the left menu:

Join the ActiveCampaign community

Join our community, browse topics, and pose questions to other users.

English accounts:

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account
  2. Click the “Community” option on the left menu.

A new window or tab will open in your browser and bring you to the ActiveCampaign community.
