Contact our Customer Experience team

We have two Customer Help teams tailored to meet your needs based on where you are in your journey with us:

Potential and Trial Customers - Our Customer Activation Team is ready to help. They'll guide you through everything ActiveCampaign offers, from understanding the basics to preparing your account for a seamless start.

Paying Customers - Our dedicated Customer Experience Team is on standby to assist; whether you're looking to deepen your ActiveCampaign knowledge, achieve specific goals, or troubleshoot any issues, they've got you covered.

Help channel coverage may vary and be limited during regional public holidays.

Contact Customer Experience through live chat

Live chat with our team is provided in English.

Our live chat is available:

  • Monday - Thursday from 3 am - 11 pm, American Central Time (CT)
  • Friday from 3 am - 4:30 pm, American Central Time (CT)

Access live chat (English language accounts):

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. Click the ? help icon on the left menu.
  3. Click the “Talk to Support” option.
  4. A chat widget will appear on the bottom left corner of your screen.
  5. Compete the fields provided and one of our Customer Experience agents will help you as soon as they can.

Access live chat (non-English language accounts):

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account
  2. Click the blue bubble in the lower right corner of our website or your account.
  3. Follow the prompts to connect with us via live chat.

Submit a help ticket to our Customer Experience team

You can submit a help request at any time.

Help is provided in the following languages through our Help Portal:

  • English
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Italian

Send a help request from your ActiveCampaign account (English language accounts):

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. Click the ? help icon on the left menu.
  3. Click the “Talk to Support” option.

Send a help request from your ActiveCampaign account (non-English language accounts):

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. From any page in your account, click the blue bubble in the lower right corner.
  3. Follow the prompts to leave us a message and create a ticket for our team.

Book a strategy call

Book a 30-minute call with a member of our Customer Success team to review your account and start building your strategy.

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. Click the ? help icon on the left menu.
  3. Click the “Book a Call” option.
  4. Click one of the call options.
  5. Follow the prompts to schedule your call.

Self-service options

The ActiveCampaign Help Center

All customers have access to our Help Center, which contains self-service articles in the following languages:

  • English
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Italian

This resource is great for feature walkthroughs, how-to’s, quick answers, and troubleshooting.

Access self-service articles from your account (English language accounts):

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. Click the ? help icon on the left menu.
  3. Click the “Community help” option.
  4. Type your inquiry or keywords into the search box provided, or click one of the suggested articles.

Access self-service articles from your account (non-English language accounts):

Use the blue bubble on the bottom right of your screen to search for help topics or visit the ActiveCampaign Help Center

Join the ActiveCampaign community

Join our community, browse topics, pose questions to other users. To access:

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. Click the ? help icon on the left menu.
  3. Click the “Ask the Community” option.

Learn about Feature Releases

To explore the latest product updates and enhancements to your account, view our Release Notes. To access Release Notes from your account:

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. Click the ? help icon on the left menu.
  3. Click the “Newly released in ActiveCampaign” option.
  4. Select any of the Product Updates articles for more information.
