How Insight Cards work
When you log into your Partner Portal, you will see up to three Insight Cards featured in a section at the top of your Account Overview page. The types of cards and their recommendations are calculated monthly. If you go through all of the populated Insight Cards in a given month, the section with the Insight Cards will not be shown. Each card groups child accounts with the same insight and displays a counter for the total number of shared child accounts.
Each card provides the option to explore it further by selecting “Launch in Active Intelligence.” You will then be able to view the next steps and suggestions based specifically on the insight that we provided.
If there are several Insight Cards populated in one month, once one of the three displayed cards is explored, another one will take its place. New Insight Cards are calculated on the last day of the month. The new Insight Cards replace all cards that were not acted upon or dismissed during the previous month.
Insight Card Types
