You can track a campaign after you send or schedule it from the Email Campaigns Overview page. The Send Status & Date column shows the current state. When details are available, you can open a drawer to see where the send is in its progress.
This feature adds more detail about the send. It does not change your campaign, audience, or delivery settings.
Take note
- Detailed sending progress is available for 30 days after a campaign sends
- Some older campaigns do not have detailed progress data
- Automated and split campaigns do not support detailed sending progress
View campaign sending progress
Use the Send Status & Date column to check a campaign from the list view.

Understand the sending progress drawer
The details drawer shows the main stages of a campaign send. It may include:
- The campaign subject and sender
- The scheduled time or start time
- The current sending stage
- A message about a delay, review, or stopped send
- A warning when some contacts were skipped
The drawer shows send progress. Use the campaign report for final delivery and engagement data.
When detailed progress is not available
You may see a status without the View details option. This can happen when:
- The campaign was sent more than 30 days ago
- The campaign used an older sending process
- The campaign type does not provide progress data before sending begins
- Detailed progress data is not available for that campaign
The campaign can still send when detailed progress is not available.
