Select a Brand Kit in an Active Intelligence chat session

If your account has more than one Brand Kit, you can choose which one Active Intelligence uses when generating content. Selecting a Brand Kit at the start of a session ensures that generated assets use the right voice, colors, fonts, logos, and imagery for that brand. The selected Brand Kit applies for the current session only and does not change your account-level default.

Take note

  • The Brand Kit selector appears in the @ menu only when your account has more than one Brand Kit. If your account has a single Brand Kit, that kit is used automatically and no selector is shown.
  • You must select a Brand Kit at the start of a new session. You cannot switch to a different Brand Kit mid-session.
  • Selecting a Brand Kit for a session does not change the account-level default Brand Kit.

Select a Brand Kit using inline typing

  3. Select "Brand Kits" from the dropdown.
  4. Browse the list or continue typing to filter by name, then select the Brand Kit you want to use. The selected Brand Kit appears as an active context item in the chat input.
  5. Continue typing your prompt and send it.

Select a Brand Kit using the @ button

  1. Open a new Active Intelligence chat session.
  2. Click the "@" button in the chat bar.
  3. Select an object type, then select "Brand Kits".
  4. Search for or select the specific Brand Kit you want to use. The selected Brand Kit appears as an active context item in the chat input.
  5. Continue typing your prompt and send it.

Mid-session behavior

If you are already in an active chat session, other Brand Kits are hidden in the selector and a note reads: "Start a new chat to use a different brand kit." To use a different Brand Kit, start a new session and select it before sending your first message.

How Brand Kit selection works during a session

  • When you start a new session, your account's default Brand Kit is used automatically unless specified otherwise.
  • The selected Brand Kit applies to Active Intelligence output for the remainder of the current session.
