Labels are internal keywords that you can create and apply to your automations to keep them organized. You may want to use labels if you have several automations and would like to filter them by label. This makes it easy for you to find information quickly. While similar to folders, labels offer more flexibility as you can assign more than one label to an automation.

Take Note

  • The Automations, Forms, and Campaigns (Marketing plans only) Overview pages share the same labels. Any labels created on the Automations Overview page will be reflected on the Forms and Campaigns Overview pages
  • Labels are user group-specific, only labels created by your user group will be available to you
