The Task Metrics Report is available on the following plans:
The Task Metrics Report lets Sales Managers track the overall progress of their team's deal task output and report on their performance. This report displays all deal tasks that are open, completed, and overdue for all sales representatives and individual sales representatives at-a-glance. Contact tasks are not included in this report.
Only users assigned to the Admin group and/or who have permission to view reports can access this report. Click here to learn more about user permissions.

Accessing the Task Metrics Report
To access the Task Metrics Report, follow these steps:
- Click "Reports" located in the leftside menu.
- Click "Deal Reports" then click "Task Metrics."
The Task Metrics Report will load and display the activity for the last seven days by default:
Filtering the Task Metrics Report
The top of the Report includes four different options that you can use to filter your data. You can use one filter or multiple filters to customize your view.
The filters are:
You can use the pipelines dropdown to view task metrics by all pipelines or a specific pipeline.
You can use the task type dropdown to view task metrics by the following task types: call, email, lunch, meeting, appointment, as well as customized task types you've created.
You can use the task owners dropdown to view task metrics for all task owners or an individual task owner.
You can use the date dropdown to view task metrics for the following: today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, or set a custom date range.
Under the filters is the statistics dashboard. The values displayed here are dependent upon the filters selected at the top of the page.
The six statistics include:
Number of tasks marked as "Open" past their due dates.
Number of tasks not marked as complete. This will also include tasks that are overdue.
Number of tasks that have been marked as complete by your sales reps.
Number of deals (open, won, or lost) that have associated tasks (open or complete).
Deals with overdue tasks
Number of deals (open, won, or lost) with tasks marked as "open" past their due dates.
Deals with no tasks
Number of deals (open, won, or lost) that do not have any associated tasks.
Task Owners table
The Task Owners table is located at the bottom of the Task Metrics report. The values displayed here are dependent upon the filters selected at the top of the page.
The table will list individual task owners and their metrics. The metrics included for each owner are: tasks overdue, tasks open, tasks completed, deals, deals with overdue tasks, and deals with no tasks.
Note that you can click the column headers to sort the information in the table in either ascending or descending order.
