Create a note using the ActiveCampaign Chrome extension

You can use the ActiveCampaign for Chrome extension to make a quick note about a contact or deal right from your Gmail inbox. Once the note is created, it will sync to your ActiveCampaign account, where other team members can access and view it.

How to create note with the ActiveCampaign Chrome extension 

  1. Open your Gmail inbox.
  2. Locate any email between you and the Contact you’d like to add a note to and open it. The ActiveCampaign Chrome extension will load on the right panel.
  3. Click the plus symbol (+) on the Contact card's top right corner.

  4. Click "Add a note" from the list of options.

  5. The "Add a Note" panel will display. Type the note in the space provided.

  6. Next, use the dropdown to select whether this note relates to a deal or a contact. If the Contact does not have a Deal or if you don't have the Pipelines or Sales Engagement add-ons, the "Deal" option will not appear.
  7. When finished, click the "Add" button at the bottom of the form.

    The note will be displayed in the Notes view.
