ActiveCampaign Ecommerce Dashboard

The ActiveCampaign Ecommerce Dashboard shows you how your marketing efforts impact your store sales and revenue at a glance. This dashboard includes six metrics you can use to understand what is driving growth and which marketing channels (email campaigns and automation emails) are working best. These metrics can be filtered by date range, currency, all connected ecommerce stores, or an individual ecommerce store.

Take note

  • The Ecommerce Dashboard is available for any customer using the ActiveCampaign Deep Data integration with BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, or a 3rd party deep data integration
  • Your existing Dashboard is still accessible and is called the Marketing Dashboard

Ecommerce Dashboard explained

All revenue tracked in the Ecommerce Dashboard comes from the ActiveCampaign Deep Data integration. This includes BigCommerce, Shopify, Square and WooCommerce. Revenue from third-party deep data ecommerce integrations is also included.

These metrics include orders synced into your ActiveCampaign account from any connected ecommerce store.

  • For Shopify users: Discounts used in orders attributed to the campaign will be excluded from the revenue amount shown
  • For WooCommerce and BigCommerce users: Discounts will not be excluded from the revenue amount shown

How revenue is calculated

In order to track and display revenue for purchases made in a connected ecommerce store, the following events need to happen:

  • The purchase(s) must be made within 7 days after an automation email or campaign being sent
  • The purchase must be made by a contact who received your email. In addition, they must engage with your email (open and/or click a link) prior to making a purchase
  • The purchase must be made in a connected ecommerce store
