The Saved Responses feature is a time-saving solution that lets you create and reuse commonly used phrases in your 1:1 emails. The ability to send 1:1 emails from different parts of the platform depends on your ActiveCampaign plan. See the chart below for more information.
Use a saved response in a 1:1 email
- Go to the Contact, Deal, or Account record from which you want to send a 1:1 email.
- Click “Send an email" or the Action button dropdown arrow located at the top right of your record.
- The message composer will open. Click the "Saved Responses" icon.
- Click the Saved Response you wish to use in your email.
- Click “Send” to send the email to your contact.
Note that personalization tags will appear blue and populate with values available from the contact record or the deal, account, or ecommerce data with which the contact is associated.
If any of the personalization tags appear in red, then this means the contact does not have a value for that field. If you try to send a 1:1 email with a personalization tag highlighted in red, you will be asked to add a value for that field before sending your message.
