Use site tracking with your ActiveCampaign landing page

Learn how to turn on ActiveCampaign site tracking so you can track visits to your landing page.

Pages is available on the following plans:

  • Plus
  • Professional
  • Enterprise 

You can use ActiveCampaign site tracking to track visits made to your ActiveCampaign pages. You can use this information to segment contacts in your account, trigger automations, adjust lead scores, and more.

Turn on ActiveCampaign site tracking for your page

1. Click "Settings" (gear icon) in the left menu.

2. Click the "Tracking" option.

3. In the Site Tracking section of the page, click the "Enable" toggle to set it to the "On" position.

Whitelist your ActiveCampaign page domain

As a next step, you will need to whitelist your ActiveCampaign page domain in order to track page visits to it.

To do so, type or paste your ActiveCampaign page domain into the "Add Website URL" page provided then click the "Add" button.

  • As a reminder: your ActiveCampaign domain will look something like this:
    youractivecampaignaccountname.ac-page.com

Clicking the "Include all website pages" box means that visits to any page that uses the domain provided will be tracked, regardless of the page slug.
