ActiveCampaign uses Cloudflare to help with the deployment and security of the website.
With certain errors in loading the platform (504s especially) you may see "cloudflare" error page:
Usually, these errors are temporary and resolve themselves, but can rarely cause issues with setting up DKIM settings. Though this is not an ActiveCampaign error, there are a few things you can try:
- Clear your Cache
- Try Reloading the Webpage
- Reboot Your Network Devices

A 504 Gateway Timeout error indicates that the web server is waiting too long to respond from another server and is “timing out.”
