The number of times a contact can go through the same "Go to" action depends on whether your automation includes a "Wait" action immediately after the "Go to" action or not.
Without a "Wait" action
If your automation does not contain a “Wait” action immediately following a “Go to” action, then the contact can proceed through that “Go to” action three times. After that, the automation will end for that contact even if there are steps after it.
With a "Wait" action
If your automation does contain a “Wait” action immediately following a “Go to” action, then the contact can proceed through that “Go to” action 10 times within 24 hours.
For example, if a contact repeats the same "Go To" action within the 24-hour window for the 11th time, the automation will end. You will see the following message when viewing their path in your automation: "This 'Go to’ block exceeded the limit per day for this contact."
