In ActiveCampaign, there are three ways to view the segment a campaign was sent to after it has been sent.
First Option: View the segment in the Campaign Overview
- Click Email on the left to get to the Campaign Overview.
- From here, there are two ways to view your campaign details:
- From the “List View” tab:
- Click the “List View” tab at the top of the page
- Click the name of the sent campaign
- A “Campaign Details” modal will pop up. Click the “View Conditions” button. The button will only show if a segment was used at the time of send.
- From the Campaigns "Calendar” tab:
- Click the “Calendar” tab at the top of the page.
- Click the name of the sent campaign
- A “Campaign Details” modal will pop up. Click the “View Conditions” button. The button will only show if a segment was used at the time of send.
- From the “List View” tab:
The “View Conditions” button will show the segment’s name and its conditions as they were at the time the campaign was sent. If you have changed the segment after the campaign is sent, changes will not be reflected in the campaign details.
If your campaign was sent using a legacy list segment, the segment conditions in the "View Conditions" button may not be correct if the legacy list segment was updated after the campaign was sent. We recommend converting your legacy list segments to the updated segments experience as soon as possible.
Second Option: View the segment in the Campaign Report
- Go to the report for the campaign by clicking Reports > Campaigns > All Campaigns.
- Click the campaign title to go into the report, then click Details on the bottom right.
- A modal will appear with all of the basic information for that campaign, including segment information.
- From here, click Contacts > Lists, then click the dropdown for the list the campaign was sent to.
- Click Segments to find the segment from your campaign send.
Third Option: Copy the Campaign
When a campaign is copied, it is copied with the exact settings it was sent with.
- Click Campaigns on the left menu.
- To the right of the campaign, click the dropdown and select Duplicate.
- A copy will be made in your list of campaigns. Open the copied campaign.
- On the Campaign Summary page, scroll down to the “Recipient Selection” section. The “Segment” field shows the segment name when the original campaign was sent.
- From here, click Contacts > Lists, then click the dropdown for the list the campaign was sent to. Click Segments to find the segment from your campaign send.
