You can change your login email and change the login email for individual users.
Take Note
If you are a Partner or Reseller and want to change the login email, contact our Customer Experience Team from the current login email address on the reseller account.
How to change the login email for your user account
- Click Settings > Account.
- Type the new login email address into the Login Email field.
- Click "Save Settings" at the top right.
Once updated, you must use this email address to log into your ActiveCampaign account.
If you are the Primary Admin, any notifications set up under Settings > Notifications will go to the Login Email address. Account notifications (questions about your lists or campaigns) will be sent to the Account Email address.
How to change the login email for individual users (including the Primary admin) as an admin user
- Click Settings > Users and Groups.
- Click the "Edit" button to the right of the user.

Type in the new login email address into the Email field for that user.
- The email address cannot already be associated with another user on the account. If a user already exists with the same email address, either update the user email address using the instructions in the section above, or delete the user)
- Click "Save."
