You can integrate Magento with your ActiveCampaign account in a few different ways. Which one you choose depends on your ActiveCampaign plan and business process.
Connect Magento with ActiveCampaign using the ActiveCampaign plugin
This option lets you add contacts to any list in your ActiveCampaign account when they register or update their profile in Magento. Once contacts are added to your ActiveCampaign account, you can send customized follow-up emails, create automated workflows, and more.
The integration is set up in two places:

On the Settings > Integrations page in your ActiveCampaign account
Here you will connect your Magento account to ActiveCampaign. Once you do, you will be redirected to Magento so you can configure the rest of the setup.

Here you will add your ActiveCampaign API URL and Key to Magento.

Connect Magento with ActiveCampaign using Zapier
To use this option, you must have an ActiveCampaign account, a Magento account, and a Zapier account.
Zapier is a popular 3rd party tool that lets you connect ActiveCampaign with hundreds of other apps so you can automate workflows. When you create a connection between two apps with Zapier, you are creating a Zap.
With this integration, you can connect your ActiveCampaign account with Magento by using ActiveCampaign as a “trigger” or “action” in Zapier. For example, you can create a Zap that will create or update a contact in ActiveCampaign ("action") if there is a new order in Magento ("trigger").
