How do I prevent contacts from entering my automation twice?

Use automation settings to prevent a contact from entering your automation through multiple triggers:

1. Click Automations on the left menu.
2. Edit or create a new automation.
3. Click the arrow located on the top right of the automation canvas.
   
4. The automation settings panel will appear. Click "Edit" for "A contact can enter this automation," then select "Only once."
5. Click "Save" then "Close."
