By default, we list your contacts alphabetically by email address. However, you can temporarily sort your contacts by first name or last name instead.
From the Contacts Overview page, you'll first need to make sure that the First and Last name fields are displayed on the page. If they're not, click the gear icon located under the filter bar.
Then click First and Last name to display them. In this example, we want to add the Last Name field to the overview page:
The Contacts Overview page will automatically display the field(s) you selected.
Next, to sort contacts by their first or last name, click on either the “First Name” or “Last Name” column header to sort the contacts. You can choose ascending or descending order by clicking on the directional that appears by either field.
Please note that it is not possible to save a sorting preference (for example, sorting by first or last name)—we will always default to sort contacts by email address in ascending order.
