How do I skip wait steps when testing an automation?

You can skip "Wait" or "Jump To" actions in your automation. Doing so helps you quickly test your automation before “going live.”

1. Manually add a test contact to your automation.
2. From the contact's record, click the automation you just added them to.
3. A modal window will open. Click the "View" button.
4. You will be redirected to the contact's path in your automation. Click the "Skip this action" hyperlink next to the "Wait" or "Jump To" action you want to skip. The example below shows you how this looks with a "Wait" action:
