How do I add or remove a tag with an automation?

You can add or remove a tag with automation actions.

To learn how, follow these steps:

1. Click Automations on the left menu, then click "Edit" for the automation you want to edit.
2. Click the node (+) where you would like to place the "Add a tag" or "Remove a tag" action in your automation. 
3. In the “Add an action” modal, click “Contacts” then click either the "Add a tag" or "Remove a tag" action.
   
   
   
4. Enter the tag you wish to either add or remove.
5. Click “Save.”
