Labels are keywords you can apply to your campaigns, automations, and forms to help you stay organized by grouping relevant assets. They are flexible, and you can add multiple labels to a single campaign, automation, or form.
While you can use labels however you like, we recommend creating labels for specific topics, audiences, purposes, or larger initiatives.
Depending on your ActiveCampaign plan, you can create, edit, and delete labels from the Label Manager or the Forms, Campaigns, and Automations overview pages.
How Labels work
You can create new labels from the Label Manager and the overview pages for Campaigns, Forms, and Automations. Once created, you can apply the label to any asset - campaign, automation, and/or form - to group them together.
Where are labels used?
In addition to adding them campaigns, automations, and forms, you can:
- Use labels to filter reports
- Apply labels to campaigns and automations used with the Salesforce integration
- Apply labels to campaigns and automations used with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration
