Take note

  • The features and actions available to you may depend on your plan, add-ons, user permissions, connected apps, and the data in your account.
  • Review all generated content, settings, and actions before you send a campaign, activate an automation, publish a form, or make another customer-facing change.
  • Replace bracketed text, such as [campaign name], with information from your account.
  • When you want Active Intelligence to use a specific campaign, automation, or template, type @ or select “@ Add context” to reference that asset directly. You can also attach a file or URL.

Before you start

For more relevant results, complete your Brand Kit . If you’re an admin, you can also add custom instructions for your business, audience, tone, and working preferences.
