If a colleague unsubscribes from a notification email sent from an automation, you can easily resubscribe them. To do so, follow these steps:
- Click Automations on the left menu.
- Locate and open the automation containing the "Send a notification" action.
- Click the notification action to open it.
- The action will open. Click the email address that is unsubscribed.
- Click the "Resubscribe Them" button.
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
This resubscribe action will only apply to the notification you are updating. This action will not resubscribe an email address to other notifications sent from an automation.
