How to remove an entry from account Exclusion List


When a contact's email address matches an entry in the exclusion list, you may want to remove it from that list. 


To remove a contact's email address from the Exclusion List:

  1. Click "Contacts"> "List Exclusions" on the left menu.
  2. Locate the contact's email address.
  3. Click the "Delete" button.

If you want to delete the contacts entirely from the account you would use the List Cleanup tool.
