Yes, the value for a number field has a limitation of 7 digits. With this limitation, the value must be less than 10 million (ie: 9,999,999).
If an issue is occurring with an import from a CSV file into a custom Deals or Accounts number field, ensure the values in the CSV file do not exceed this limit.
