This feature is available to new trials and accounts created on or after December 20, 2024.
The Campaigns Performance report provides aggregate data of all sent campaigns in your account. This data allows you to clearly understand campaign outcomes and identify key success metrics to measure campaign performance.
With this report, you will be able to:
- View overall performance metrics for sent campaigns. This includes:
- Amount of ecommerce revenue generated (requires a connection with a Deep Data integration)
- Number of sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces
- Open rates, click-to-open rates, click rates, unsubscribe rates, forward rates, and bounce rates
- Set a date range to see how your campaigns performed during a specific time period
- Export the data into a CSV file
Take note
- Only users assigned to the Admin group in an account can access this report. Learn more about user permissions
- This report includes campaigns that were sent to a list(s) and automation emails that were sent to at least one contact. You can filter (link to section below) the type of campaign below
- This report does not include 1:1 emails sent to contacts
How to access the Campaigns Performance Report
There are two ways to access the Campaigns Performance Report:
- The first way is to click Campaigns > "Campaigns Performance"
- The second way is to click Reports > "Campaigns Performance"
How to filter data in the Campaigns Performance Report
By default, the Campaigns Performance Report will load data from the last 30 days that had any event occur. Events are included because automated campaign data is included. The events are:
- Send
- Open
- Click
- Reply
- Forward
- Unsubscribe
However, you can filter this data to pull relevant information. At the top of the Campaign Performance Report are five filters to view your campaign data. These five filters are:
Type
The “Type” filter refers to the type of campaign. Learn more about campaign types.
The options you can use under this filter are:
- All Campaigns
- Auto-Responders
- Date Based
- One-Time
- Recurring
- RSS Based
- Split Test
- Automated
Label
The “Label” filter allows you to filter by the label(s) applied to your sent campaign(s). The options under this filter will show all of the labels you have created in your account.
For “Labels” results to appear on the Campaigns Performance Report, you must apply the label from within the Campaigns section. Learn more about how to use labels in campaigns.
Lists
The “Lists” filter allows you to filter by the list(s) to which the campaign was sent. The options under this filter depend on the lists you have set up in your account. Learn more about lists.
More filters button
The more filters button contains the Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) opens toggle and different currency types for the ecommerce card.
MPP opens
You can decide to include (or not include) MPP opens in campaign reporting with an "Apple Privacy" filter.
- Click the MPP Filter button next to the Lists Filter in the Campaigns Performance Report
- Click the “Mail Privacy Protection (MPP)” dropdown.
- Click “Exclude verified opens” to check (exclude) or uncheck (include) MPP opens.
- If you check (exclude) MPP opens, we will note that “Unverified opens have been filtered out to display your true open rate.” under the metrics.

Search
The Search function allows you to narrow down the results by typing the campaign name or part of a campaign name.
Date
The Date search bar to the far right allows you to filter your search by a time frame. You can choose "All time” or a specific set of dates.
Campaigns Performance Metrics
The Campaigns Performance Metrics displays key campaign metrics based on the filters applied.
The metrics include:
Metric | Definition |
Campaigns | Total number of campaigns based on the selected filters. |
Emails sent | Total number of campaigns sent based on the selected filters. |
Open rate | Number of unique opens divided by Emails sent based on the selected filters. |
Click Rate | Unique number of contacts who have clicked any link in a campaign divided by Emails sent based on the selected filters. |
Click-to-open | Unique number of contacts who have clicked any link in a campaign divided by the unique number of opens based on the selected filters. |
Bounces |
The number of contacts who bounced based on the selected filters.

Unsubscribes | The number of contacts who unsubscribed based on the selected filters. |
“Compare to”
The “Compare to” option at the bottom of the metrics allows you to quickly view your metrics compared to:
- Account last 30-day average
- Campaign Type Average
Individual Campaign information included in the Campaigns Performance report
The Campaigns Performance report will include the following information for each sent campaign:

Campaign Name | Name of the Campaign. |
Campaign Type | Type of campaign sent. Located under the Campaign Name. |
Sent Date | Date the campaign was sent. |
Emails sent | Total number of campaign sends. |
Opens | Unique number of opens for that Campaign. |
Clicks | Unique number of contacts who have clicked any link in that Campaign. |
CTOR (Click to Open Rate) | Percentage of number of unique clicks/number of unique opens for that Campaign. |
Bounces | The number of contacts who bounced. This only includes hard and soft bounces. |
Unsubscribes | The number of contacts who unsubscribed. |
Report Button | Opens the detailed Individual Campaign Performance Report for that campaign. |
Exporting the Campaigns Performance Report
You can export the Campaigns Performance report to a CSV. The CSV will contain the KPI stats and any filters that are applied at the time of export.
To export the report, follow these steps:
- Click the “Export” button at the top right of the Campaigns Performance Report.
- Click the “Export.csv” button in the “Export ‘All Campaigns Performance’ Report with applied filters” modal.
- The CSV will begin to download and will save on your computer.
