If you cannot see any lists or notice some lists are missing in your account, it is likely due to a user group permission setting. To correct this, you will need to reach out to your account admin to adjust these settings.
If you have confirmed the user permission settings are correct but cannot view lists in your account, reach out to our Customer Experience Team, and we’ll be happy to look into the issue for you.
Note: Our Customer Experience Team will not be able to adjust the permission settings on an account. This can only be done by the account admin.
