Reply tracking must be enabled in order to view the reply tracking report for an automation email.
To see a list of contacts who replied to your automation email, follow these steps:
- Click "Automations" on the left menu.
- Locate the automation for which you want to view email replies.
- Click the email icon under "Automation Stats."
- Click the email name that appears.
- The campaign report for your email will load. Click "Campaigns" on the left sub-navigation menu.
- The Campaign report options will expand. Click "Replies."
The page will display all replies to your automated campaign.
To view an individual reply, click "Forwarded (view reply)":
A modal window will open and display the contact's reply to your email:

You can also see the contact's reply on their contact profile page under Recent Activities.
