How do I view a list of contacts that replied to an automation email?


Reply tracking must be enabled in order to view the reply tracking report for an automation email.

To see a list of contacts who replied to your automation email, follow these steps:

  1. Click "Automations" on the left menu.
  2. Locate the automation for which you want to view email replies. 
  3. Click the email icon under "Automation Stats."
  4. Click the email name that appears. 
  5. The campaign report for your email will load. Click "Campaigns" on the left sub-navigation menu. 
  6. The Campaign report options will expand. Click "Replies."

The page will display all replies to your automated campaign.

To view an individual reply, click "Forwarded (view reply)":


A modal window will open and display the contact's reply to your email:

You can also see the contact's reply on their contact profile page under Recent Activities.
