Summary
The list page is blank and has a message: "You do not have needed privileges to access this page"
Resolution
Adjust user permissions to allow a user or the user group to see Lists.
Cause
- If a user group does not have Lists permission, they will not see any lists within the account. The user will still see the contacts on the contact page.
- If a user does not have Contact permission, they can still view contacts within the account but are not able to edit, delete, or do anything to the contacts
- Both lists and permission turned off would cause the user to only be able to view contacts. They would not see any lists, and not be able to edit, delete, or adjust contacts in any way.
