Contact submitted a subscription form but was not added to my automation

If you’re using an ActiveCampaign form with double opt-in enabled, contacts who submit this form will not immediately be added to your automation. This is because contacts need to confirm their subscription to your list. Once they do, they will enter your automation. 

This scenario applies to the following automation triggers:

  • “Subscribes to a list”
  • “Submits a form”
  • “Tag is added”
